RBFVC was dispatched to an AFA water flow alarm at the Delano Condos. 1st Asst. Chief Marsch responded in Command 86 as well as EMS Supervisor S. Humphreys. Upon arrival of both units, active water flow visible from side Alpha and Bravo 2nd and 3rd floor. Sussex County Water division notified to respond. All power and water at the main and fire pump was turned off. Scene was turned over to property management.
