Junior Member, Khyrstyne Quigley was recently recognized as a 2010 All Star Youth in the State of Delaware. She is being honored for her "remarkable volunteer service as a Rehoboth Beach Junior Firefighter" and for her scholastic achievement and athletic accomplishments. She will be the All Star Youth Of The Day at the Delaware State Fair on July 26th and will serve as Grand Marshall of the Parade Of The Day.
