Rehoboth Beach Firefighters battled a blaze in a 3-story townhouse today in Dewey Beach at around 8:30am.   Arriving units found smoke and flames coming from the 3rd floor and roof line of the unit.   All occupants were out of the building.   Due to the heat, several mutual aid companies assisted including Lewes Fire Department, Bethany Beach Fire Company, Indian River Fire Company, Millville Fire Company, Milton Fire Department and Sussex County EMS.  There were no injuries and the State Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating.
