Julie Heffernan joined Rehoboth Beach Vol. Fire Company as a career Firefighter/EMT in 2023. Julie has been serving the coast as an Ocean Lifeguard for the past 5 years holding the rank of Crew Chief and EMT. She is an avid reader and is looking forward to continuing her education.
