Britt Deese joined Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company as a career Firefighter/EMT in 2023. Britt has brought a wealth of knowledge from his 20 years as a firefighter/EMT including Wildland and open water rescue swimmer. In addition to his FEMA and NASBLA Certifications he has a Marine Captain License and is a CDL Instructor, Britt is currently working on his master’s degree.
