Building Fire-Sea Esta Motel - Houston St-Dewey Beach

Firefighters from Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach and Lewes responded to a fire in a motel room at the Sea Esta Motel 1 on Houston St. in Dewey Beach on Thursday Sept. 25 a approx. 1430hrs. Arriving units found a fire that had been knocked down by fire extingushers by passers-by. Damage was confined to the room, with units on scene for about 45 minutes. The DSFM is investigating.
