Demo. for Governor Minner - Tower Rd.-Dewey Beach

RBVFC along with Delaware State Police Helicopter, and the Dewey Beach Patrol Open Water Rescue Team, performed a water rescue demonstration for Gov. Ruth Ann Minner and other dignitaries on Saturday June 14th at Tower Road south of Dewey Beach. The training was held in conjunction with the Governor's Wade-In to check water clarity. Assistant Chief Craig Farren and Past Chief Chuck Snyder participated in the exercise which simulated an injured person in the water, who was retrieved and brought to shore in Marine 86.
