Balcony/Deck Fire

Rehoboth Beach Fire and EMS responded to a home on Coastal Highway in the area of Indian Beach on Sunday, November 16th, just after 1pm. A fire on a 3rd floor balcony was discovered between the roof and the deck boards. The deck was dismantled and the fire extinguished using 2 water cans. Damaged was contained to that area and the State Fire Marshall’s Office investigated.
