Assist Station 82 with Structure Fire Sandy Brae

RBVFC Units assisted Station 82, Lewes with a Well Involved Structure Fire on Juniper Drive in Sandy Brae near Lewes on Early Monday November 11. Firefighters arriving encountered a 2 Story Home with Heavy Fire throughout the building. A single resident was out of the home and was transported to BBMC in Lewes. RBVFC & LFD Units established a 2400' 5" Relay from a Hydrant on Plantation Rd. Units were on location for over 2 hours extinguishing the blaze. Firefighters from Rehoboth Beach, Indian River, Milton, Ellendale, Slaughter Beach, Georgetown, Millsboro, Bethany Beach assisted Lewes with the Incident. The Delaware State Fire Marshall is investgating.
