Structure Fire RBYCC

Rehoboth Beach, assisted by Lewes, Indian River, Bethany Beach & Sussex County EMS responded to a Structure Fire at 11 Lands End Rd. in Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club on Wednesday October 23. Upon arrival a Fire Condition was reported under the rear deck. Further investigation found a Fire had started in the crawl space and spread through out the Dining Room area under the floor. The blaze melted a water line which helped slow down the spread. Crews worked for 2 hours to extinguish the Fire. The Delaware State Fire Marshall is investigating.
