Camper Fire in Big Oaks Campground

A Camper was heavily damaged on Maple St. in Big Oaks Campground off of Wolfe Neck Rd., on Friday October 21 at approx. 11:15pm. RBVFC units arrived to find heavy fire in one approx. 25' Camper with some extension to another. Crews made a quick knockdown with no injuries reported as the Delaware State Fire Marshall is investigating. Lewes F.D. assisted at the scene with Bethany Beach providing cover up as crews worked for about 2 hours controlling the scene.
