RBVFC Members responded to a possible subject in distress off of North Shores in the Ocean north of Rehoboth Beach on Thursday August 25th. Visitors on shore reported seeing a subject possibly on a board with a flashing light not able to get back in. 86 Jet Ski 1 was launched and found that the light was the Mooring Buoy for the USCG when the President visits. No subject was located after a brief search. Units were in service for about 45 minutes.
