Assist Sta. 70 Ocean Village

Firefighters from Bethany Beach, Millville, Roxana, Frankford, Dagsboro, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, Md. responded to a house fire at 39660 Heron Road in Ocean Village off of Coastal Highway north of Bethany Beach on Tuesday March 14 at approx. 10:30 am. Units arrived to find fire through the roof of the home with high winds from the Coastal Storm starting to whip up. Firefighters contained the blaze which went to 2 Alarms to the home which was brought under control in about 2 hours. The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
