Building Fire Rehoboth Avenue Ext.

Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Indian River and Bethany Beach firefighters responded to a structure fire at 37285 Rehoboth Ave. Ext. on Friday morning September 4th at approx. 0122 hours at The Swell Tiki Bar & Grill. Upon arrival crews found heavy smoke coming from the unoccupied buildings roof area located in a shopping center west of Rehoboth Beach. No injuries were reported with crews on the scene for over 2 hours. The Delaware State Fire Marshall is investigating.
