Units Respond To A Reported House Fire - 12 Coventry Lane RBYCC

At 0700 hours Rehoboth Center dispatched Sta. 86, 82, and 70 for a structure fire at 12 Coventry Lane in Rehoboth Beach Yatch and Country Club. Ambulance 86 arrived and advised a single room fire in the rear of the structure. They also advised that there was a car in the driveway and were unable to confirm if subjects were still inside. 86-18 (Mitchell) arrived and advised the neighbors stated the owners were not home he then assumed the operations while 86-19 (Farren) arrived and assumed the command. Engine 4 arrived and stretched the attack line to the rear of the structure while the crew from Tower 86 prepared for ventilation. The crew from engine 4 made quick work of the fire and contained it to the room of origin. 82 and 70 units arrived and assisted with overhaul. Units remained on-scene roughly and hour before being released by command.
