A Day with Hurricane Erin

Although Hurricane Erin stayed far from land, road closures from high tide flooding didn’t stop area visitors from being out and about. The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company responded to several incidents including MVC’s on Coastal Highway, a sewer gas backup in a shopping center, a tree into a house, the usual smattering of automatic fire alarms and multiple EMS calls.
