New Engine 86-3 In Service

The Officers and Members recently placed Engine 86-3 in service. A 2017 Pierce Enforcer, with a 2000 gpm pump, 1000 gallon tank, 30 gallon foam tank, the unit also has 5 handlines with 2 dedicated for foam along with 1000 feet of 5" hose. 200 feet of 1" forestry hose in a bin is included for nusiance and brush fires. A Blitzfire Nozzle, Holmatro Combi Rescue Tool, and hand tools, fan, chain saw and Akron battery powered scene lights, fit out the truck. An 8 KW Generator powers 2 cord reels as all other lighting is LED including the Mast Scene Light on top of the cab. 4 Apex portable radios, a Bullard TIC and Drager 4 gas moniter are located in the cab/crew area. The unit will be housed at Station 2 on Coastal Highway.
