Delayed News: Mattress Fire Dewey Beach - Coastal Hwy & Clayton St.

Units were dispatched to a structure fire on coastal highway in the area of Colliers Trim Shop. Units arrived to find a mattress on fire in the front bed room. The crew from engine 9 and ambulance 86 made quick work of the fire and caused minimal damage to the residence. There were no injuries and the scene was turned over to Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office for investigation.
